 1. Rice and Beans with Greens Salad

 Common, easy to make and its accessible, rice and beans cooked together with veggies or green salad is a good workout food choice. It contains a good amount of protein, high in fibre, energy.
Green salads like carrots, spinach, cabbage tomatoes, and cucumbers are packed with magnesium balances with calcium that helps the body fight off cramp.

 2. Asparagus and Broccoli
